Meet Dr. Anna

About Dr. Anna

I’m Dr. Anna, a licensed psychologist with over 13 years of clinical experience. My training spans both California and Florida, where I developed a strong foundation in therapeutic care and comprehensive neuropsychological assessment for adolescents and adults. Presently I work in 40+ states, which allows my busy clients to see me during work trips, time off from college, or continue care after relocation.
Today, my work is highly specialized. I focus primarily on supporting teen girls and women navigating burnout—most often those with ADHD and other forms of neurodivergence. Neurodivergence is not just an area of interest in my practice; it is the core of it. I provide in-depth neuropsychological evaluations alongside targeted therapeutic work, including emotional regulation, relationship dynamics, and practical, skill-based coaching for organization and executive functioning.
My approach is holistic and integrative. I consider the full context of each individual’s life, including the intersection of mental health with physical and functional health. This often includes insights related to ADHD in women, autoimmune conditions, and other systemic factors that are frequently overlooked.
I believe meaningful care requires more than addressing isolated behaviors. Together, we look at the whole picture—so that the work we do is not only effective, but sustainable and deeply aligned with who you are.

THERAPY PHILOSOPHY & APPROACH

I believe meaningful change happens through insight, connection, and skill-building. Therapy is not about fixing you — it’s about understanding patterns, strengthening relationships, and learning how to work with your mind rather than against it.
My sessions are structured but flexible, grounded in evidence-based care, and adapted creatively to meet each client’s needs. Humor is often part of the process, especially when it helps reduce tension, normalize experiences, and make difficult work feel more accessible.
